Vestibular migraine... a diagnosis I've never heard before.
No wonder Tylenol wasn't working well.
My head would throb and hurt as if it were going to fall out, and I would get dizzy and my vision would blur.
Since I experienced both dizziness and headache, I even went to the emergency room at a university hospital thinking it might be a stroke, but they couldn't find the cause.
But to think it's a vestibular migraine... sigh.
Still, now that I know the cause and am taking medication and receiving IV therapy, I feel much better than before I went to the hospital, so I can manage daily life.
Still, there was a time... when I was really scared and terrified.
Because there is a family member who suffered from a stroke...
it was even more serious for me.
Since they say overwork and stress are the worst,
I need to try to keep my body and mind a bit more relaxed!!

Aww, take it easy!
I guess so ㅠㅠ
Sleeping early is really important. It's not like I'm one to talk, since I always stay up late.
ㅠㅋㅋㅋ Sleep well~~
Oh my gosh... why didn't they know at the university hospital? 😭
I know, right? I think they only did general tests because they suspected something in the brain! Still, I was relieved to find out at the ER that it wasn't a stroke.
ㅠㅠㅠ
ㅠㅠ
I've also experienced dizziness many times when I have a headache... Could I get the hospital information?
Yes, of course ㅠㅠㅠ I went to Gangnam Smart Neurology Clinic!!
