I'm planning to go to Seoul later this year for a cosmetic procedure. I've heard that people from Mongolia have also gone on such trips, but to be honest, I'm not sure how to start.
I've heard a lot about the Gangnam and Apgujeong areas - there are actually a lot of beauty salons there. But have you been to any of the places you've been to? How did you get around while you were there? I haven't heard of any good places to stay in other areas (especially near beauty salons) lately.
First of all, I'd like to hear some good advice - which area would be easier to stay in terms of time and activities? And are there any places that are irreplaceable in these areas? Does anyone have any experience of visiting them? I think it's important to understand everything before planning a trip!

Yes, I went to Seoul last year. I recommend staying near a BTS/subway station; it's much more convenient. Seoul's public transportation is excellent. I stayed near Gangnam and was able to walk around, shop, and eat at Diner. I recommend searching for accommodations that are conveniently located near public transportation; good transportation really helps a lot!
After reading your post, I feel the same way! I'm also planning a trip to Selçre later this year. I've heard a lot about the area being convenient, but I'm still a bit confused, just like you. I hope to get some helpful information from someone who's been there before.
