Do young people get lower eyelid surgery a lot?

Looking at the reviews, it seems like most of the people getting the surgery are older...

I'm curious because I'm wondering if this is a surgery that's okay for me to have as someone in their 30s. I don't have really bad dark circles, but I'm worried about hollowness and sagging under my eyes... I'm wondering if looking into lower eyelid surgery is the right choice in this case, and if it's okay to get it done at a young age.
