I had accessory breast removal surgery at Hi-U, and it looks much cleaner on the outside. Most importantly, the pain when it gets brushed is gone.

I heard that once accessory breasts grow due to mammary gland development, they don't shrink back down. I really highly recommend getting them removed. Go to The Yu Clinic near Seohyeon Station. They are famous for treating accessory breasts, and I had them removed cleanly with no scars.
If you are in pain, it would be a good idea to at least go for a consultation at a hospital..! I was looking around and saw that Hi-U was mentioned a lot, so I'm wondering if I should go there for a consultation, but please look into hospitals.
