Where is the really good place for skin Botox?

I feel like my skin elasticity has dropped lately, so I'm looking into skin Botox. However, there are so many places claiming to be "skin Botox hotspots" that it's actually making me more confused. When I read reviews, some say the results turned out naturally, while others say the effects were underwhelming, which makes me even more conflicted. I really don't want to go to a place advertised as a "skin Botox hotspot" only to end up with something that looks unnatural or excessive, so I'm being extra cautious.
