Hi girls! 🙋♀️ I'm Dalia from the UAE and I'm going to Seoul for my first time next month for cosmetic treatments. I've heard a lot about areas like Gangnam and Upjeong, that they're beautiful and have everything, but I'm confused about where to stay.
Honestly, I don't want to waste time commuting every day, as I plan to go several times a week. Is Gangnam better than Upjeong? Are there any other areas you recommend? Also, what hotels or accommodations are close to clinics and centers?
What are your experiences, girls? Are these areas safe to visit at dawn or midday? And how many days should I plan? It's my first time traveling alone, so I don't want complicated arrangements. 😅

Dalia, I've been there once too! 😊 I think Gangnam is more convenient because there are many facilities around, and getting around is easy. When I was there, I chose that area because it was close to the places I needed to go, and it was definitely less tiring than traveling between different areas. Just choose a safe area, whether it's day or night!
Hi Dalia! This is also my first time visiting Seoul, and I'm so envious of your plans 😄 I'd like to ask if you plan to stay in one place for a whole week, or if you'll change places depending on your itinerary? I'm also struggling with whether to choose a location with convenient transportation or stay nearby in the target area.
Dahlia, I understand! I'm in a similar situation; I'm planning to go multiple times, so the travel time feels like a waste. Qiangnan is certainly convenient, and there are plenty of accommodations, so it seems like a good option if you're going back and forth frequently. I'm currently struggling with the same issue, so everyone's comments will be helpful!
Hi Dalia! I'm also planning a similar trip and completely understand your thoughts 😄 I've heard that Qiangnan is indeed quite convenient in terms of transportation and has complete amenities. If you're going to travel frequently, choosing that area should save a lot of time. I'm currently researching accommodations nearby, and I feel that about a week should be a reasonable amount of time, allowing sufficient recovery time without feeling too rushed. Good luck, and I look forward to hearing your experience when you get back!
