I'm going to Seoul at the end of this month and I'm so hyped! I tend to get acne and have dry skin, so I'm always looking for skincare solutions. I've heard that Korea has tons of amazing skincare products and that their spas and clinics are really advanced. I want to try them out to see if they'll work for my skin. Ladies who have been before, can you give me some recommendations?
I'm mainly interested in natural skincare treatments that aren't too "heavy," or skincare products I can bring back home for long-term use. I've also heard that their skincare approach is very different from Vietnam's, so I'm curious to experience it firsthand. And I'm trying to figure out which areas are skincare hubs, so any recommendations for shops would be great.
Does anyone with experience have any advice to share? My budget is limited, so I'm not sure how much to spend, but I want to get good quality treatments. Thanks so much, ladies! 🥰

Sis! Last time I went to Seoul, I also had dry, acne-prone skin. I realized Korean skincare philosophy is really different from Vietnamese skincare. They really focus on hydration and layering products 😊 I suggest you check out Myeongdong or Gangnam. There are tons of shops there where you can try things out, and some products aren't even expensive. Just take your time and see what works for you!
I understand! I had the same concerns about dry skin and skin troubles when I last visited Seoul. I tried various products there and really felt how much Korean skincare emphasizes layering. Since many products have light textures, I think they're easy to adapt for sensitive skin. Also, perhaps the best approach is to wander through department store beauty sections and shopping districts, trying out a few things. While budget is a concern, you often get samples, so it's a good idea to try a lot before deciding!
