Fortunately, I got tested early on and am currently undergoing treatment.
My left eyelid was twitching so badly that I went to a neurologist to find the cause.
After the tests, it turned out that caffeine, stress levels, calcium and vitamin deficiencies, and other factors were contributing to it.
At first, when I searched for eyelid twitching, magnesium deficiency came up frequently as a cause, so I assumed it was just due to stress and didn't think about going to the hospital.
However, it kept getting worse, and since my eye kept twitching, the left side of my face started to feel uncomfortable as well.
Still, I'm glad that I went to the hospital, identified the cause, and took the prescribed medication, as it has gotten much better. Haha.
The doctor also gave me tips on how to improve my lifestyle, so I've saved them in an app and am constantly putting them into practice these days. Haha.
