I totally get it 😭 My eyes have been really dry recently too. I'm wondering if it's because the air in Korea is so dry. Are you doing anything to help with it, like using eye drops?
I have this problem too! Later I found out it might be because the air is drier here in Seoul, plus I go for skincare treatments frequently, so the eye area dries out more easily. Now I'm focusing on using more eye cream and drinking more water, and it feels much better ㅜㅜ
I do the same thing often, and later I found that drinking more water and reducing screen time actually helps. Plus, a lot of people in Korea recommend using hydrating mist sprays, but it really depends on your individual skin type. You might want to give it a try too~

Try putting in some eye drops!
Try using artificial tears.

Oh me too! My eyes have been really dry lately. Has yours always been like this, or did it just start recently?
