Hi, Tuyen, from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to Seoul next month to try some beauty treatments, but I'm not sure which area is best to stay in. I've heard that Gangnam and Apgujeong are full of beauty salons, but I'm not sure exactly where to stay, or which area is closer to the beauty clinics.
Does anyone from abroad have experience with this? Which area do you like best? I'm considering staying near the city center or finding a quieter place. Also, I'm not sure whether a hotel, hostel, or Airbnb would be better for this trip.
Anyone who has been to a beauty treatment in Seoul, please help me out. This is my first time traveling alone, so I'm a little nervous. Thank you so much! 🙏

Hi Tuyen, I understand your anxiety! This is my first time traveling alone, so I'm a little scared too. I've heard that Gangnam and Apgujeong have a lot of places to stay, but I think staying near a subway station would be more convenient for getting around. Have a great trip and find suitable accommodation! 🙏
Hi! I'm also traveling to Seoul alone, and it seems like clinics are concentrated in Gangnam, and transportation is convenient. But I was wondering if you plan to book a clinic in advance, or find one after you arrive? I'm a little worried about language barriers 😅
Hi Tuyen, I'm also from Vietnam and just returned from Seoul last month! I think Gangnam is more convenient because there are many places close together, within walking distance, while Apgujeong is a bit further away. You should choose the Gangnam area near the station for easy transportation and to find restaurants and cafes 😊
