These are the clinics I’ve picked out.
I think I have some sagging and asymmetry, so I was really worried.
I got a recommendation for thread lifting on another online community, right? I also got a recommendation for a clinic, so I put together this list haha.
Looking at the reviews, I saw that a lot of people with similar face shapes to mine get it done, and the downtime is short, so I was tempted... Also, since it isn't surgery, I felt reassured.
My goal is to get it done within May, and since the peak season is over, I should be able to book appointments easily, right?
Once I started worrying about the asymmetry, it really bothers me. Sigh...

Let's get a consultation first before deciding.
Once asymmetry starts to become noticeable, it really bothers you. I used Sartine Coolphase to correct the symmetry, and it definitely changed my look. The fact that it's painless is also a huge plus.
I might not be able to match it perfectly, but we can correct the asymmetry with thread lifting. The head director at the first clinic has amazing skills.
The downtime is short, right? Since busyness varies from hospital to hospital, if you're planning a consultation, just make sure to book an appointment first. I got it done at JST, and since they even recommended threads separately, I didn't really have to think too much about it haha. Have a good visit!
I understand that it also corrects asymmetry to some extent.
