It was fine when it was hot, but now that the weather is getting colder, my skin feels extremely dry from the inside. I'm currently using Anua toner, Vita Serum, Torriden's moisture cream, and sunscreen. What else should I apply... I'm asking the experts.

I'm the same way; my skin gets especially dry in the winter. My experience is that adding a step with facial oil before applying moisturizer helps a lot. While it sounds greasy, it actually makes a big difference by locking moisture into the skin. Your current routine is already quite comprehensive, so perhaps you could try adding a hydrating serum between your lotion and moisturizer?
