To be honest,
I kept putting off the procedure at first because I was scared...
(Actually, it was also a burden because once you start, you have to keep doing it.)
But while I was getting the Maunza, even though I lost weight overall, my double chin didn't go away, and I could feel my cheeks sagging.
So I immediately admitted that it wasn't going to work.
I made up my mind to get liposuction...
But my husband was against the procedure.
So I decided to go with the procedure.
I looked into everything from thread lifting, which is said to be good for tightening a double chin, and fat-dissolving injections, to Ultherapy..!
But I heard that people end up regretting thread lifting in the end?
I was hesitant about the idea of โโhaving it inserted and pulled. However, I was a bit worried about the pain reviews regarding Ultherapy.
(There were a lot of reviews saying it was extremely painful.)
Then, I found out about an upgraded version that further improved upon the downsides of Ultherapy?
I found out about Ultherapy Prime.
I heard that it is a more advanced version than standard Ultherapy, so it causes less pain and provides more precise treatment.
**Conclusion:** โ โ โ โ โ
It was really, really, really a great experience.
No regrets. I should have done it sooner.
**I went for consultations at three clinics.
The first and second clinics were similarly cheap, but the consultations were too short and the explanations were superficial.
I barely even saw the director's face. Pass. T_T
**The Clinic I Finally Decided On:**
**W Clinic**
W Clinic, 5th Floor, K Tower, 513 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul
I remember the first consultation; the manager consulted with me first. I made my decision after carefully checking my questions and comparing options based on my criteria, and this place was perfect.
Before the procedure, the director personally examined me and suggested areas that would be good to treat. He pinpointed exactly the spot I was most dissatisfied with. Since it is a clinic in Gangnam that has been around for over 15 years, he has extensive experience and was absolutely right on the scale!
**Procedure Process**
I applied anesthetic cream and waited for over 30 minutes.
It was comfortable lying on a warm bed while waiting. Although I was nervous, he explained the process and precautions, so I waited comfortably and felt no anxiety :)
The procedure felt like a stinging, tingling sensation, just as I expected. However, the pain wasn't as severe as I thought it would be?!
Everyone, don't be scared, as you can do this with just anesthetic cream!!!
The director kept checking my condition periodically, so it was much more bearable than I thought. There was a bit of redness on the day of the procedure, but it subsided because they provided soothing care immediately afterward. Honestly, I could go about my daily life completely right away. Unless I had a super important appointment right after the procedure, I think I could actually go out to meet up lol.
I also bought and am applying a regenerating cream, and it definitely seems to help with recovery!!
(I recommend applying the regenerating cream as well.)
**Honest changes I noticed**
After a month, my overall facial contours, especially my double chin, have definitely shrunk!!
(It feels like I've completely lost weight... haha)
My cheeks feel a bit tighter, and it feels like my whole face is somehow "sticking" together?
People around me asked, "Did you lose weight?" but I haven't lost any weight lol. (My weight is exactly the same...)
**Ultherapy Prime Before and After**
For those who think lifting procedures don't show results? It should be done discreetly, but for it to be a proper procedure, the results should be noticeable afterwards, right? lol. You really start to feel the difference clearly around the one-month mark.
**Ultherapy Prime Before & After**
When comparing the before and after photos, Ultherapy is the one where you can feel not only overall elasticity but also your face getting smaller...
Your face really does get smaller.
It definitely gets smaller. lol.
