There are various treatment methods for gynecomastia, but are there effective methods other than surgery? Has anyone had experience with injection therapy or medication? It seems surgery might be the answer in the end... I was wondering if it wasn't gynecomastia but rather fat. My friend, who worked out hard and significantly lowered their body fat percentage, ended up going to LeArt Plastic Surgery, got an ultrasound diagnosis, and had surgery. Afterward, they said it was much easier to work out and were really happy.
