I don't smoke or have any hobbies that involve using my hands, but I keep feeling numbness in my fingertips.
It seems to be worse around my thumb and index finger, too.
Sometimes, even when I pick up small things, it feels like the numbness extends all the way to my wrist.
I came home and tried alternating between hot and cold compresses, hoping it might help, but...
It feels exactly the same and seems to be getting worse.

There are various causes, so please get tested at a hospital to find out the exact cause before it gets worse. I also had numbness and pain in my wrist, so I went to Gangnam Smart Neurology Clinic for an examination and found out I had carpal tunnel syndrome.
Oh my gosh, I never even thought of that. I guess I should get tested. Thank you.
