I don't smoke or have any hobbies that involve using my hands, but I keep feeling numbness in my fingertips.

It seems to be worse around my thumb and index finger, too.

Sometimes, even when I pick up small things, it feels like the numbness extends all the way to my wrist.

I came home and tried alternating between hot and cold compresses, hoping it might help, but...

It feels exactly the same and seems to be getting worse.
