Hi everyone! I'm Ying, I'm new here~

Hi everyone! My name is Ying, and I'm from Beijing. I just discovered this community recently, and I'm so happy, it feels like I've found a place with like-minded people.

To be honest, my interest in K-beauty started when I was scrolling through Xiaohongshu. I saw so many Korean girls with amazing skin, it was incredible. That dewy, translucent glow is something I really want. Plus, a while ago, I had a Korean colleague at work, and when I heard about her skincare routine, I was stunned. It felt so much more professional than my usual simple care. So, I slowly started researching Korean makeup and beauty methods, and now I feel like I'm really getting into it, haha.

I haven't been to Korea to get any medical aesthetic treatments yet, but I've been thinking lately about whether I should find an opportunity to try it out. I'm a bit curious but also a little nervous because I don't know much about these things yet. I hope to learn more here and would love to hear about everyone's experiences. It would be great if anyone is willing to chat about K-beauty topics together!
