I'm looking for a place that specializes in orthodontic treatment for crowded teeth, and my biggest worry is whether or not I'll need to have a tooth extracted.
I'm wondering if the treatment period gets longer if the crowding is severe.
Do clinics that specialize in crowding treatment look at facial balance as well as tooth alignment?
I've seen a lot of reviews saying that the discomfort of the appliance is harder to deal with than the pain; what is it actually like? Haha.
For those of you looking for a good place to correct crowded teeth, how many places have you visited for consultations?

First, I'd look at the director's skills ㅠ

I'm looking into it too because my younger sibling is curious ㅠㅠ
Whether or not teeth need to be extracted for crowding correction depends on the severity of the space deficiency, and the more severe the crowding, the longer the alignment process may take. It's best to consult with at least three orthodontic dental clinics that not only focus on simple tooth alignment but also design treatments considering lip shape and facial balance. Don't worry too much about the discomfort of the braces; you'll get used to them after the first month or two.
That's why it's important to get it done at a place that does accurate examinations. I got mine done at Central Dental Clinic, and my crooked teeth were neatly corrected. It's in Gangnam, I recommend it! 😊
