Hi everyone, I'm Ayaka. I'm going to Seoul for the first time next month, and I'm already so excited about K-beauty experiences! 😆
Korean skincare products are popular in Japan too, but I really want to try them out there. I'm also potentially interested in clinic-based treatments. However, to be honest, I'm not sure what's truly recommended... Does anyone have any beauty experiences in Seoul that you'd say are an absolute must-do?
Also, where are the famous clinic areas or places where you can find a lot of skincare products? My budget isn't super high, and I'd love to try a variety of things if possible. I'm not very good with Korean either, so I'd be grateful for any recommendations for shops geared towards tourists or any advice you might have.
Could someone with experience please share their insights?

Oh hey Ayaka! I totally get the excitement — I was the same way on my first Seoul trip! Honestly, my biggest tip is just to hit up the main shopping districts and let yourself wander into random skincare shops; the staff are usually super helpful even with the language barrier, and you can test stuff out before buying. As for treatments, I'd say just chat with locals or your hotel concierge about what's popular right now rather than going in with a specific plan — everyone's skin is different anyway, so what works for one person might not for you, you know? Have fun exploring! 😊
