I think I overdid it while doing back exercises at the gym, and the pain has been lasting quite a while ㅠㅠ
I'm looking for a Mapo orthopedic clinic where the director personally administers the injection precisely at the site of pain, not just a place that gives a general prescription... (Last time I went to just any clinic, it didn't really help ㅠㅠ)

I used to go to another orthopedic clinic in Mapo, but I switched to Seoul Hyojja Orthopedics, and I felt reassured because the director carefully explained things while looking at the ultrasound and gave me the injection. Parking is also available~
