I injured my back while exercising. Is there a clinic that gives good injections for this?

I think I overdid it while doing back exercises at the gym, and the pain has been lasting quite a while ㅠㅠ

I'm looking for a Mapo orthopedic clinic where the director personally administers the injection precisely at the site of pain, not just a place that gives a general prescription... (Last time I went to just any clinic, it didn't really help ㅠㅠ)

I want to go to a Mapo orthopedic clinic that thoroughly explains my condition without unnecessary over-treatment, but I'm worried if I should call ahead... Does anyone know of one?
