Seoul Beauty Trip - Which area is the most convenient to stay in?

Hi everyone! I'm Rui, and I'm planning a short beauty trip to Seoul this year, but I'm not very familiar with the city's layout. I've heard there are many beauty clinics in Gangnam and Apgujeong, but I'm unsure which area to stay in for convenience.

Have any of you ladies had beauty treatments in Seoul before? Where did you choose to stay? Gangnam sounds very vibrant, but I'm worried about accommodation and transportation costs. I'm mainly looking for a place that's conveniently located, near reputable clinics, and easy to find places for shopping and dining.
