I have stubborn fat that just won't go away with dieting alone, so I've decided to bite the bullet and get a procedure done.

After looking around, I heard that using the extracted fat to add volume looks better than just extracting it, so I'm currently compiling a list of places known for liposuction.

At first, I thought it was just a matter of removing the fat, but I've heard that satisfaction in the long run is higher if the fat grafting to the face or breasts is done harmoniously as well.
