Hi ladies! I'm Lan, and I'm going to Seoul next month! I'm so excited! Mainly, I want to experience the Korean skincare and beauty clinic culture. I've heard that some areas in Seoul have a high concentration of clinics, and I'd like to check out some worthwhile skincare treatments or get a consultation.
My skin is generally okay right now, but it's been a bit dry and dull lately, so I'd really like to try Korean skincare programs to address these issues. However, I'm not sure which area to go to or how to find a reliable place. Can anyone share their experiences in Seoul? For example, are there any clinic areas that are particularly worth visiting, or any skincare treatments that left a lasting impression?
Also, I'd like to ask if I should make an appointment in advance for my first visit? Will language be a problem? My English is pretty good, but my Korean... hehe, I barely speak it. Looking forward to your advice!

Oh hey Lan, I'm actually planning a Seoul trip next month too and was thinking about doing the same thing! I totally get wanting to experience the skincare culture there—everyone says the treatments and products are amazing. For the language thing, I've heard most places in the popular areas have English-speaking staff or at least people who can help you through translation apps, so I wouldn't worry too much about that!
Hey Lan! I was a foreigner too, so I understand how you feel! It would be a good idea to research the site and ask questions before you go, as some places speak English, but not always. I recommend you to book through the booking website before you go. I understand it will be a great trip!
