An old injury has turned into a raised scar, and it hasn't gone down even after all this time. I usually just ignored it, but looking at it under cafe lighting, the curvature is so severe that I keep touching it. I think I need to find a place that can shave down or excise the raised scar. Since it is in a noticeable area, are there any hospitals that can definitely fix it to prevent the raised scar from recurring?

Isn't it a keloid? ㅠㅠ I had my keloid removed at Cheongdam Zium. They do a really clean job, so you should go there.

I think it would be best to get a consultation at a place that accurately assesses scar conditions. You should go to Cheongdam Jium because the director there looks at even the most minute details. I got rid of my raised, red scars here too ㅎㅎ
