I switched to decaffeinated because caffeine gives me heart palpitations, but even so, I sometimes feel a bit uneasy about it.
I feel a bit more at ease with Orzo Black because it doesn't use any coffee beans at all, but is made from barley, rye, and chicory.
However, when I drink it, it tastes like espresso.
How do people who are sensitive to caffeine manage their beverage intake?

Oh wow, that's fascinating.
It's amazing how it smells like coffee even without coffee beans, I find that fascinating too~
Thank you for recommending Orzo Black as a drink since I'm trying to cut back on caffeine due to heart palpitations!
It had more of a coffee vibe than I expected, which was nice~
I'm also sensitive to caffeine, so I'll have to look into it!
It's caffeine-free, so it feels less burdensome~
I usually drink decaf at night because I have trouble sleeping.
I recently found out about it too, after drinking decaf~
I'm also sensitive to caffeine, so I feel reassured by barley and chicory, and it tastes so good that I find myself drinking it often.
