Hi everyone! I'm Pei-Chun, and I'm finally heading to Seoul next month for a business trip and vacation. I'm so excited! ✨ I've read so many reviews about Korean beauty, and now I get to experience it firsthand.
What I'm most looking forward to are Korean skincare management treatments. I've heard people talk about deep cleansing or calming treatments, right? My skin is on the sensitive side, so I'm a bit worried if they'll be suitable for me. I wanted to ask if anyone has had similar treatments in Seoul and what your experience was like afterward?
I also want to buy some authentic skincare products to bring back, but there are so many K-beauty stores, I'm not sure where to start. Can anyone share which areas are good for shopping? Like Myeongdong or Gangnam? I want to take my time and see what products suit me, rather than just buying a bunch of things randomly.
If any of you have been before, I'd really love to hear your recommendations! Thanks!

I just got back from Seoul last month too, and what you said is completely spot on! 😄 Regarding your sensitive skin, I suggest that when you get any treatments done, be sure to clearly explain your skin condition to the staff. They'll be able to adjust things perfectly for you. As for shopping, I prefer wandering through smaller streets rather than overly crowded areas. You can find better products there, and the staff tend to offer more detailed consultations too!
Wow, hi there! I'm also considering a similar itinerary. Sensitive skin is such a hassle, and I also want to do some research and see others' experiences before deciding whether to try it out 😅 Regarding shopping for cosmetics, I've heard that browsing slowly and trying products before buying is indeed wiser, as everyone's skin type is different! I hope we can both find great products that suit us!
