How much does it cost to remove accessory breasts?

The fat around my armpits is really stressing me out, and sometimes it hurts just from being brushed against. Since it won't disappear naturally on its own, I think surgery is the right thing to do. I'm curious about the approximate cost of removal. If I go to a good hospital, is it true that they can remove them successfully without any recurrence?
