Has anyone tried giving their baby calcium supplements?
My child is a bit shorter than their peers.
People around me say we should just wait and see, but my husband and I aren't tall either, so I'm worried.
I was wondering if there's anything that could help with their growth, and when I looked it up, I found many posts about giving babies calcium supplements!
So I'm considering trying it, but when I searched, there were so many types, and the ingredients and dosages varied, so I don't know what criteria to use to choose one.
If anyone is currently giving their baby calcium supplements, could you recommend a product or share the criteria you considered important when choosing?
Also, if there are any other methods besides this that have helped with your child's growth, please share them too!

I make sure to include protein with every meal, like meat or eggs. It wasn't easy at first because they were quite picky eaters, but thankfully they eat well now~ I think they've grown a bit taller too^^
I'm a picky eater, but at least I tend to eat eggs well..
I'll have to try to take better care of them!
I've been consistently giving Carcium to my child too, and I'm so satisfied because, above all, they sleep soundly through the night~ There's nothing more important for growth than sleep, right? But isn't that sold out right now??
We gave our baby calcium supplements and also had them exercise. Then, at some point, they started growing taller haha. Try having them consistently do things like jump rope or play basketball!
If your child is smaller than their peers, mothers tend to worry a lot ㅠㅠ That's why I've been consistently giving my baby calcium supplements, and although I'm not sure if it's because of this, their height has increased quite a bit compared to before.
I thought I wrote this... My child is also smaller than their peers,
and my husband and I are both on the shorter side, so we were really worried...
We tried everything that's supposedly good for height growth and even went to a growth center,
but my child didn't grow taller and just ended up stressed. ㅜㅜ
So now, we're just giving them Car.sium at home.
I think I heard about this on a mom's cafe before, but what exactly is it?
It produces growth hormone while children sleep.
A friend who works at a pediatrics clinic recommended it, so I'm giving it to my child.
Perhaps it's because it contains calcium and other ingredients necessary for height growth in a balanced way.
I've been giving it to my child for about two months now, and they're sleeping well and have grown a lot!
Thanks for the information! I'll try what you recommended right away.
