I'm Chi, from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to Seoul this year for some beauty treatments, but I'm not sure which area to choose or where to stay for convenience. I've heard that Gangnam and Apgujeong are popular areas for this, but I'm not entirely sure if that's true, or if there are any other better areas.
For those who have visited Seoul, do you have any area recommendations? I'm interested in places with many beauty spots, close to the subway for easy travel, and with plenty of good restaurants. For accommodation, I'd like to find something near these areas, accessible, but I'm unsure about the general price range.
Are the two areas (Gangnam, Apgujeong) very different in terms of vibe and options? Or should I consider another area? I'm planning to stay for about 7-10 days, combining beauty treatments with regular sightseeing. If you have any experience, please share it with me, thanks a lot! 😊

I was confused at first too, haha, but from the experiences of some friends who have been to Seoul, it seems like Gangnam is indeed busier with a lot more dining and shopping options, while Apgujeong is quieter and more aesthetic. For me, I prefer an area with easy metro access so I can get around easily, because my feet get tired if I have to walk too much—maybe try looking for accommodation between those two areas so you can access both? I hope someone can share the prices too, I'm curious!
