Are there more cases of ear filler side effects than I thought? I'm scared before getting them.

My ears tend to droop a bit, so it's stressful that they aren't very visible from the front... I'm considering getting them corrected with fillers, but I'm really worried about potential side effects. Haha. I'm posting this to see if anyone has actually experienced side effects like inflammation or nodules, or if there are any specific precautions I should take!
