With the weather getting warmer lately, I’m writing this post because I’m really self-conscious about wearing just a thin t-shirt...

I’ve been stressed for a while because my chest area has been a bit prominent.

I thought it was just because I gained weight, so I tried working out really hard.

However, my chest remained the same, so I looked it up just in case and found out that it could be gynecomastia.

I’ve been worrying about it alone, but I’m thinking of properly narrowing down a few gynecomastia specialty clinics to get consultations.

I feel that places with the title of "gynecomastia specialty clinic" would have more surgical cases and more systematic post-operative care compared to general plastic surgery clinics.

Has anyone else had surgery at a gynecomastia specialty clinic because of their chest shape like me?

I’m curious if the fit of a t-shirt really changes drastically after surgery, and how much pain there is. Please share some information.
