I've read a lot of travel guides online, and Gangnam seems very bustling, but I don't know which street or neighborhood is the most convenient. Also, is transportation convenient there? Is it particularly expensive? I'm looking for a place that's convenient for finding medical beauty clinics but not too much of a hassle.
