My two front teeth are slightly misaligned, but I feel like getting full braces would be a waste of both time and money. Are there any dental clinics in Bupyeong-gu that do quick and effective partial front tooth correction? I'd also like the cost to be reasonable.

If Guwol-dong works for you, I recommend S.O. 365 Dental Clinic. They have a 5-doctor collaborative system, so it's very systematic. I also didn't experience any over-treatment!
If you're in Bupyeong, I recommend checking out Topyun Plus Dental Clinic. They offer partial orthodontics and the cost is reasonable. I got my braces done there too!
