Lately, my ears aren't very visible from the front, so my face looks bigger, and it's actually kind of stressing me out.

I want to try a bit of an image transformation, so I looked into it and heard that ear surgery is all the rage these days, so I'm currently searching through tons of ear filler reviews.

But now that I'm actually about to do it, I'm worried the shape might turn out weird, and it's hard to find a place that looks natural.
