Hey everyone! I'm Intan, and I'm so excited because I'm finally going on vacation to Seoul next month. I've wanted to explore the K-beauty scene there in person for so long, not just buy things online, hehe.
So, I wanted to ask, has anyone been to Seoul and tried skincare treatments or aesthetic consultations there? I'm curious about what it's like to get treatments directly in Korea, as I see so many options and I'm honestly overwhelmed. Are there any specific areas or districts known for beauty experiences? I'm interested in trying a facial or a skin consultation but I'm still unsure which ones are truly worth it.
By the way, I also want to hunt for good local skincare. Are there any trending skincare products there that you consider game-changers? I've tried a few local products but I'd love to hear directly from those of you who have been there and done that.
Thanks in advance! I hope to gain some insights from the community. Who knows, I might come back with a significant glow-up hehe 😄

Wow, I'm thinking of the same plan too! 😄 I hear that trying things on in person is completely different from buying products online, and you really feel the difference. I look forward to hearing the details of your trip later!
Haha, I totally get how you feel! I went to Seoul last month too, and the beauty culture there is truly dazzling 😄 I suggest you wander around Myeongdong or Gangnam. Many places offer consultation services, and the staff are all very friendly. I personally asked a friend for recommendations first, then tried it out once. I felt it was much cheaper than in China, and the key thing is that you can try the products on-site. Have a great time next month!
Wow, you're going to Seoul next month, I'm so jealous! I wanted to ask, have you considered consulting with local aesthetic clinics online before you go? I heard some places allow you to book appointments in advance, so you won't be scrambling last minute when you get there. Plus, some places even have special packages for international tourists. Are you planning to do some research beforehand?
