Hi everyone! I'm Hui, from Shanghai. I recently discovered this community and the atmosphere is fantastic, so I decided to join and chat with everyone.
I'm actually a skincare enthusiast, and in the past two years I've become increasingly interested in Korean skincare and beauty philosophies. To be honest, I initially just followed posts on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), but I gradually became hooked on K-beauty—the meticulous steps and gentle ingredients really intrigued me. This year, I finally saved enough money to travel to Korea and want to take this opportunity to experience it properly and try some beauty treatments. But honestly, I'm still a complete beginner in all of this and a little nervous.
I've heard that many of the ladies in this community have experience, and I hope to chat and learn from everyone. If anyone has had any beauty treatments in Korea, I'd really love to hear your experiences! I also hope to find like-minded friends!
