I've been doing Pilates lately, but whenever I wear leggings to work out, my Y-zone keeps chafing and feeling uncomfortable. At first, I thought it was just a problem with the fit of the leggings, but at some point, it started swelling frequently, so now it's gone beyond just discomfort and I'm actually worried. Even though it's not a visible area, it's been bothering me so much that I looked it up. I heard that if the labia minora are asymmetrical or deformed, people experience a lot of discomfort in their daily lives, just like I do. I feel like I can't just leave it like this, so I'm really struggling to decide. I'm a bit scared of surgery, and I'm also hesitant to talk to my friends about it, so I'm looking for a place in Daejeon where a female doctor provides good care. Do you happen to know of any specialized hospitals for this or have any experience with the procedure? Could you please give me some advice?

Ah, I can imagine how stressful that must be. I've had a similar experience with sores and oozing during my period, so I actually went to the doctor. I had hypertrophic endometrium...
It's really stressful ㅠㅠ I was feeling down, wondering if I was overreacting, so I'm so glad to find others who feel the same way.
If it's chafed or asymmetrical, I think labiaplasty could be the solution ㅠ I had mine done at Daum Obstetrics and Gynecology in Gangnam.. but you're only looking in the Daejeon area, right? I remember how much trouble I had finding a clinic ㅠ
Yes, I'm only looking at the Daejeon area ㅠㅠ
If you're in Daejeon, there's a women's clinic called Focus L in Doan-dong that seems really famous for labiaplasty surgery~
Thanks for the info! I did a quick search and it seems like they're well-known for their OB/GYN aesthetics!
Oh, I was curious about Daejeon hospital information too. I'll get some information from here! I've also looked into Focus L, so I'll keep that in mind haha
Yes, yes, I'll look into it too haha
I had surgery at Gangnam Podo, and it's really comfortable how it doesn't bunch up when I do Pilates or yoga ㅎㅎ
I looked into places in Daejeon, so I'm going to get a consultation at a place someone else recommended ㅎㅎ
I have asymmetry in that area too, so I couldn't tell anyone when it rubbed against my clothes... I did my own research and got surgery at W Queen, and now I'm living a new life lol. I just recommend it.
