I haven't tried anything like that, but while I was in Korea, I noticed that many locals preferred natural methods, such as massage and exercise. If you're interested in trying it, you might want to consult a doctor first.
I'm curious about this too! A lot of people say it's good, but I'm still unsure if it's truly effective or just a placebo, hehe. Has anyone tried it and can share their experience?
Did you buy it in Korea? Or did you get it through a domestic proxy? I'm also considering trying it, but I'm not sure where to buy it reliably.
