I want to preserve my tiny aegyo-sal (under-eye bags), and I definitely want to get rid of these dull dark circles. My under-eye skin is thin but sunken, and the funny thing is, I actually do have aegyo-sal—it's just weird eyes... Is it possible to get under-eye coverage like that?
