I got greedy and had my eyeliner set too high a while ago, so now my eyes look like sausages, and I'm really stressed about it.

I heard that double-line sausage eyelid surgery is the answer to lower them... but won't that leave a lot of scarring?

Please let me know if there are any hospitals that are good at double-line sausage eyelid surgery. I'm expecting it to be somewhat expensive... I want to find a hospital that is good at this procedure with the mindset that I will absolutely never have revision surgery again.
