Hi everyone! I'm Yao, and I'm planning a medical aesthetic treatment trip to Seoul next month. I've heard there are tons of clinics in the Gangnam and Apgujeong areas, but I'm not too familiar with Seoul and don't know which area would be most convenient to stay in. Have any of you stayed in these areas before and can share your experiences?

I'm mainly looking for a place that's convenient for transportation and also has good dining and shopping options nearby. Ideally, I'm picturing somewhere with easy subway access, close to the medical aesthetic districts. But I also don't want it to be too crowded, as I'll want to rest well after my treatments. Can anyone tell me about the characteristics of each of these districts? Is Gangnam the most popular choice?

Also, I wanted to ask everyone, how far in advance should I book for a first-time visit? And if I don't speak much Korean, will communication be difficult? Looking forward to hearing your suggestions!
