Hey everyone, it's Rei. I'm going to Seoul next month and I'm so excited! I've been watching K-beauty videos in Japan and I really want to try out some things there. Especially skincare lines and the treatments that are popular there...
Honestly, I don't know where to start. Do you have any recommended cosmetic brands or experiences worth trying? Also, are there any beauty-focused areas? I'd like to know about local places that locals go to, not tourist spots.
My budget isn't unlimited, so I'd like to know about both cost-effective options and things that are worth splurging on. Oh, and can I get skin type consultations in Japanese or English there? I'm sorry for being such a beginner, but I'd love to hear about anyone's experiences!

I was so excited after reading Rei's post! I just got back from Seoul too, and... I really fell in love with K-beauty. I think you had a lot of fun. The good thing is that most of the staff at the stores speak good English, and some even have Japanese staff. Have a great time!
