My face has a lot of empty space; overall, it lacks dimension and looks flat and wide.

I'm scared that if I just make my nose ridiculously high, it will look really awkward on a face like this.

Or maybe since I'm going to have surgery anyway, maybe I should at least get my nose a little higher to make it look presentable?

I'm looking for a clinic that can shape my nose well to fit my face shape without making it look too bulky.
