Where would be a good place for liposuction?

As summer approaches and clothes get thinner, I get stressed every time I look in the mirror.

I've tried exercising and dieting, but it feels like the fat just won't go away on my thighs and abdomen, so I ended up looking into cosmetic procedures.

I've been searching extensively for places that do liposuction well lately, but there are so many clinics that it's actually confusing.

When I read the reviews, the places famous for liposuction all look good, but there also seem to be a lot of advertisements...

I'm debating whether to at least get a consultation first. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good liposuction clinic?
