This is a story about an acquaintance of mine. Since they aren't familiar with this kind of forum, I'm writing this on their behalf...

After experiencing side effects from plastic surgery, they have been struggling mentally so much that they are now taking antidepressants...

At first, I thought they would get better with time, but the stress over their appearance continues, and it seems they are getting even more exhausted because of how the hospital is handling the situation.

Even just watching from the sidelines, it is truly heartbreaking and frustrating...

My acquaintance is currently considering suing the hospital, but since this is their first time dealing with something like this, they don't know what to prepare or how to proceed... I am posting this because I am curious if anyone has actually gone through the process of suing due to plastic surgery side effects...

Is there a chance the patient can win if the hospital is clearly at fault?

What kind of evidence is typically required? Please leave comments if you have any experience with this...

They are going through a very difficult time emotionally right now, so even a small piece of advice would be incredibly helpful.
