When should I start applying bruise cream after liposuction for it to be safe and effective?

I also want to know this because I'm thinking about trying it too, hopefully someone has had experience and can share when to start using the cream so it's safe and doesn't make it worse 😅

I only realized this issue after my surgery. I heard it's best to consult a doctor about when to start using it, as everyone's recovery is different. My feeling is that it's best not to rush things; perhaps waiting a few days for the wound to stabilize would be safer.
