Fat-dissolving injections in the Gangnam area... have you experienced any side effects?

I was prescribed Maunza recently and started taking it, but the vomiting and nausea were so severe that I eventually had to stop.

Is anyone else like me? ㅠㅠ I really have no luck.

It seems like it just doesn't suit me at all, so I'm planning to stop taking this type of obesity treatment now...

Instead, I'm thinking of getting fat-dissolving injections in the Gangnam area, but I'm a bit worried about the side effects. ㅜ

I know that no procedure is completely free of side effects and that it varies from person to person, but I still want to get it done as safely as possible.

I do wonder... if it might be because of the steroid component... but surely there aren't any places still using steroids these days, right...?
