The current skincare trend seems to be shifting from lasers to Thermage, so I’ve wanted to try it at least once. I quickly went there in the morning to catch my child home from school.
I had a very thorough consultation before the procedure. They told me they would personally check my skin thickness and elasticity to adjust the energy settings individually.
I was skeptical at first about them adjusting the settings to my skin condition rather than just using a uniform setting, but the feeling after the procedure was definitely different.
I’d say it finished just right, without feeling excessively tight or swollen.
I could feel the heat during the procedure, but it wasn't unbearable, and since I could resume my daily activities immediately afterward, picking up my child from school was no problem.
Honestly, I went on a whim just to follow the trend, but it was an experience that made more sense than I expected, haha.
It felt like my skin was tightening from the inside out. Since they said it improves gradually over time rather than showing dramatic changes immediately, I plan to wait and see.

I was also interested in Thermage, where did you get yours done?
This is Generis Clinic in Dasan~ They were thorough with the consultation, so even though it was my first procedure, I felt less pressure.
Since I have to pick up my child from daycare, if you're concerned about heat or redness, a completely irritation-free cool phase treatment is also a good option~ There's zero downtime and no pain, and it leaves your skin texture feeling firm and supple, so many people opt for it.
