I was looking for a velvet lip that doesn't emphasize dry patches and found a good one.

I realized that choosing one good lip base is more beneficial than buying multiple tints, haha.

Even with the same tint, applying a base makes the color come out much clearer and prettier.

Lately, I've been using the QWATTI My Mood Velvet Lip Base, and I'm very satisfied with it because it neatly evens out my lip tone and barely emphasizes any dry patches.

I used to just keep switching tints, but it's fascinating how the lip finish changes just by changing one base.

I love it so much that these days, I apply it first almost out of habit whenever I put on lipstick, haha.
