I went to a dermatology clinic in Daejeon for a consultation regarding Ultherapy! They recommended general anesthesia; do I really need to do it?

It goes exactly as the title says... I went for a consultation at a dermatology clinic in Daejeon that is famous for Ultherapy.

Everything was good.

The price wasn't super expensive, and it didn't seem like a factory-style clinic either.

First off, the manager... abruptly implied that I needed to add general anesthesia.

They said the pain tends to be severe, but then the doctor said it wasn't that bad, so I was confused.

So I asked questions I couldn't ask during the manager's consultation... After looking at my face, they pointed out where the sagging was and specifically warned me to be careful with the areas at risk of cheek hollowing, which was my biggest concern!

It seems they are meticulous and don't just do a quick job with the design, so I'm thinking of going ahead with it, but the general anesthesia is a concern.

How was it for those of you who have tried it? I'm scheduled for 300 shots!

It is the place I liked the most out of all the dermatology clinics in Daejeon I've visited, so I'm even more conflicted.
