Is it true that growth hormone eye patches are effective?
Hello, I am a 46-year-old mom raising a 5th-grade son. I went to my son's school sports day, and seeing him stand side by side with his friends during the running race, I felt heavy-hearted because he looked so noticeably smaller than everyone else. ㅠㅠ They say the average height for a 5th grader is about 143cm, but my son is only 132cm. An 11cm difference is noticeable just by looking at him, isn't it? ;; It weighs on my mind when my son casually says that he has to stand on tiptoes just to barely reach the top shelf of his school locker and that it's inconvenient because he can't reach the cafeteria serving counter. ㅠㅜ
While looking into various things, I came across growth hormone eye masks for the first time. I heard the principle is that covering your eyes with a growth hormone eye mask while you sleep stimulates the secretion of growth hormone. Sigh... I can't tell if the growth hormone eye mask really works or if it's just a placebo because the reviews are so mixed. ^^; I've asked other moms around me, but no one has said they've used it. If anyone has actually used a growth hormone eye mask, please let me know if it was effective!

I was also skeptical about the growth hormone eye patch and didn't use it, but now my son, who's in 8th grade, is upset because the height difference between him and his friends has become too large. ㅠ I really regret not trying anything back then, and I'm regretting it a lot these days.
Oh, you mean I should have tried it even if I was half-skeptical ㅠㅠ I should stop hesitating and look into growth hormone eye patches right now!
Wow, I also worried a lot about my child's height ㅠㅠ In my case, I was trying to get growth hormone patches, but after learning about oral growth hormone supplements, I gave them to my child for about 6 months and they grew 8cm! I really did exercise and massage, but they only started growing after I started giving them the oral growth hormone supplements~
I'm in the same situation, what should I search to find out? ㅜ
I think I've heard of it... Were there any side effects, by any chance?
I'm taking Zynek tablets, an oral growth hormone supplement! If you search for Zynek tablets, you'll find their website ㅎㅎ It contains patented growth ingredients, which is why I trust it the most and take it~
I've been giving it to my child for 6 months now, and they've grown 8cm without any other supplements. ㅎㅎ I've recommended Jainex tablets to others, and now 4 more of my child's friends are taking them. They're actually seeing results, so it's become a word-of-mouth hit among the moms! ㅋㅋㅋ!!
I'm so glad I posted here... I'm going to buy a 6-month supply too... Thank you for letting me know!
I've been searching for information on growth hormone eye patches too, and the more I look, the more conflicting opinions I find about whether they're effective or not, so I don't know what to believe;; I totally agree, it's so hard to get reliable information like this ㅠ
The more I read reviews, the more confused I get ㅠㅠ I really want to hear honest stories from people who have tried it themselves and seen results..
Do growth hormone eye masks work? Is it because they make me feel like I'm sleeping a bit more soundly?
Yes, yes, that's right. They say it's effective if you sleep with a growth hormone eye mask on~
I'm mainly focusing on nutritional supplements for my child's age and growth plate massages, and the effects are quite good!
Oh, really?! Could you tell me what kind of supplements you take for height and how you do growth plate massages...!?
